Any tips before removing my T-56?

Looks like we are going to pull our T56 transmission out of our Gen 3 Coupe to fix a clutch noise. Any one have any tips before we go down this rabbit hole? (Gen 3 coyote with QT bell housing)

I have to do the same but for a different reason. My engine will not disengage from the transmission.
