Figured it would be easy to reach and replace if need be. I am guessing it's okay if it were to get a little bit wet. I have already connected back here so behind the dash is not an option.
Thank you.

if it ever needed maintenance not sure you could get to it there unless you dropped the fuel tank

I put mine by the fuel tank sending unit and have access through the trunk floor. It’s shown in my build thread entry #35.

Thank you, I should be able to put mine by the in-tank fuel pump and access that way. I have a lower trunk mod so it won't reach over there.
BTW, where did you get those switches for the dash? I like them.

I put mine over fuel tank, under an access panel. Easy peasy. I have a drawing of the circuit if you would like it.

Thank you. I decided I will use the 3M dual lock I have to stick it to the bottom of the fuel pump access panel. I think that will work well as there’s plenty of slack on the wires.

Thanks-The switches are Carling LT-1511-640-012 Lighted on/off but the decorative stainless toggle nuts holding them are #100023 from New Wire Marine.

Why not put it in the wheel well where many put it?

Thank you, I had not seen/read that solution. I'll check it out.
