Howdy folks
Anyone out there need a new driver side un-chromed FFR roll bar? Never installed. I have a new one I dont need. Going with a set of Breeze roll bars. PM me if interested.

I want to do the same thing - Asked FFR to delete from my kit (along with steering wheel, and seal belt harnesses, as I already have all of that from another build). They said they won't delete them from the kit. Looks like a lot of people will have spare roll bars laying around...

I threw so much in the trash including a roll bar, such a waste. I even had a chat with Dave L at FFR about how it would be nice when they do the final pick list a couple of weeks before shipment if the customer could line item veto parts they don't need. Even is FFR just gives a nominal discount, it's just a shame they pay to supply parts that aren't needed and aren't going to be used. A small amount of work could save some pretty decent money for them but they don't seem interested.

You can say that again!
I told them I did not want the front brakes (rotors or calipars), or the Simpson seat belts, but they said I could not delete them from the kit. Add the roll bar to that list. What a waste! Anyone need new seat belts or front breaks?

This being said I did get a $400 credit for deleting the stock FFR gauges! Which I applied to other "options".

The reason is they open themselves to liability if they allow you to delete any safety equipment. If they don’t supply it someone can turn around and sue. I guarantee that’s what their lawyers told them.

I get it. It’s inconvenient but I think it makes sense. I plan to retrofit the FFR 2 inch roll bars and FFR won’t even let me add them to the order. I have to pay separately from the parts dept and pay separate shipping. The two can’t be tied together.

This would have been great. I have tons of stuff I'm never going to use. Tried selling seats and door cards on the FB page and it didn't go well. I have so much crap left over and not even done yet.

I even offered to send my leftover stuff back to FFR and they didn't want it. As someone that's spent my entire career building stuff it pained me to trash perfectly good brand new parts.

For information on the brakes. Comes with rotors, calipars, pads and any FFR supplied hardware. Does not include flex lines.200654

I would also be interested in either the unchromed or black passenger roll bar, as long as it's the Mk IV version.
