Hello everyone,
What fuel air ratio is everyone running? I have a 347 with fitech throttle body EFI that I bought from Mike Forte. I feel like it's running too rich, but I am no expert, so I wanted to ask the experts.
Thanks for the help

14.68 unless you're in power enrichment. PE AFR is expected to be in the 12.3ish range.

Under what condition? AFR isnt going to be static. Or at least, it better not be.

I had someone do a remote tune for my FiTech. you send him some data after recording a drive and he will send a custom tune to load through email attachment.
If you are on FB FiTech group, looking up Ramen Mirshab.

This. 14.7 AFR is stoichiometrically the cleanest burn and therefore adopted by the EPA as the target AFR for oxygen sensors to make adjustments off of. Is it the most efficient? No, but as you raise AFR you increase NOx and the EPA hates those. The leaner you go, the easier it'll misfire until the ratio is far enough out of wack that it won't ignite. Somehow Honda has figured out a way to make a "Lean Burn" engine that runs higher AFR's and still makes enough power to propel the car forward.
And highest power for an NA engine is in the low 12's AFR. Turbos should be in the low 11's.
I prefer to keep my cruise AFR in the low 14's just to keep the engine cooler and minimize misfires if you hammer the throttle.
