Good day. I am in need of a set of the basic, kit supplied tie rod ends. With many fellow builders opting for the bump steer kit I assumed there's a very good chance someone has them collection dust or still in the box. PM me. Thanks.

Vidal,

If you're not in a big rush, I'll have a set available in about a week. I am planning to install the bump-steer kit this weekend.

I think he found some already from somebody on the "other" site. :)

Im here too. Vidal blanketed the forums with his request and succesfully found a result. I saw the other side first. Ill send them to Vidal this weekend.

Funny thing about the two forums. I like this one and try to keep my meaningful posts here as i think this forum has a larger chance of survival as long as Factory Five survives.

But for some reason there are people who only look at the other forum. Hell I keep track of what the RCR guys are doing too. Why not. They are not bad people. More then a few guys build both brands. They have good ideas too.

Gentlemen,
I started three threads total (Here and on the other in the GTM and GTM/Wanted). I figured the exposure would find someone willing to part with the items. Thanks Guys for the help.

I think I frequent both forums an equal amount, however I really wish this forum contained the years of valuable data collected on the other.

I don't think I know enough about a particular individual, just based on what is written on a forum, to pass any judgement positive or negative. What I do know is that MANY of the posters on the RCR area of the GT40s forum have little or no respect for anything that is not RCR. I find those attitudes...well...let's just say I don't care for those attitudes and leave it at that. :)

You are right Crash, some folks make this hobby into a religion. Its too bad.

There are plenty of measures of whats brand is better. Cars sold, races won, 25 hour races finished, ease of build, cost of build, satisfaction of the owners with the finished product.

I hope that we can generate a little rivalry on the track, strip and land speed with the RCR crowd. There is nothing that sorts things out better then competition.
