18 years. That's the amount of time that separates these two pictures. My son, James, in our MkIII, and now in our MkIV. So cool!
Would love to see pics like this from our forum members who have been around for quite some time!
Have a great weekend, everyone!

It certainly makes me feel old! But, I'm going to be 51 in June, so I guess I'm not doing too bad. I got a few good years left to enjoy the new build! BTW...I have Coyote parts for you. ;)

I am putting some pressure on the CFO! Even if I don't have a Coyote or the Coupe it's going in yet!

Someone, please direct me to the "Dads That Have Kids That Have No Interest In Cars" support group.
To those that have "car" kids, enjoy it!

My son is not really a car guy, in the sense of building / swinging spanners. I think that first photo was probably the last time he helped to work on it! However, now that it is done, he really appreciates how special the car is and certainly enjoys coming along for the ride. Great times.
Car is in exactly the same location in both photos, however, the dingy garage in the first photo, is now transformed into a teenage retreat / man cave, with decent lighting, HVAC, TV and flooring.
Cheers,
Nige

Mine did not have interest until he got one of his own.
