I'm curious about this, too. I need to replace one of mine. I know the common replacements for the upper boots is an Energy Suspension kit, which comes with two pairs of boots of different size. I don't know if the unused pair from that kit will fit the lowers.

The unused pair will fit on the bottom, it’s just not held in by the retainer ring like the old one.

Good deal, thanks. FYI, LuckyShoe, that Energy Suspension kit is 5.13102G. Hope that helps.

Or...if you want the boots that are actually made for the lower ball joint the number is 9.13130G

I believe both sets of the 9.13130G and the 5.13102G have the same 13009 bottom dust boot included. They included that same boot in 4 different sets according to their site. Either way, you should be good to go.

Referencing the original boots which came with the installed ball joint for the lower arm, is the circlip even necessary?
