Do I have a custom center dash "T"?

My car came with a full glossy carbon fiber center dash T (the part with the shifter, a/c vents, etc). I have never seen a GTM interior pic with a carbon fiber T. They are all covered with some material. Dave at FFR said this was not supplied with the kit.

Anyone have any info on this part? Guessing it was custom made back in the 2000s, I have just never seen another yet.

It almost seems to me that way back at the very beginning, FFR shipped a few kits out with the CF dash pieces? Maybe I'm crazy, but it seems like there were a few of those that shipped with the earliest kits....

Is the backside fiberglass or CF? If it's fiberglass the PO must have (or had someone) skinned it in CF.

The backside has glass matting, but if you look at the edges I don't see any evidence of overlay.

Also, I noticed the FFR carbon gauge dash is the same exact construction.

As Shane mentioned above, that came standard on my GTM Beta build. Mine was the first customer complete GTM, S/N 007. It was yellow with black wheels when I sold it to a doc in Orlando. It’s since been on the show Rate my Ride where the current owner took credit for all my custom mods like side window scoops, cold air intake, roof scoop, rear wing, etc. it was nicknamed nuclear banana by some car geek.
