MK2 Hood Underside

Hi Guys and Gals,
Is this picture of the underside of an original FF MK2 hood? Looks like mounting mods for hood hinge hydraulic struts? Are the hood hinge mounting studs OEM the the hood or modified?

MkII here. I am not aware of any MKII’s coming from Factory Five with hinge/strut mounts. I say modified not Factory Five.

I"ve never seen a MKII that looked quite like that. Probably someone modified the original.

198256My mk 2 hood was smooth until I glued on the hoop so I could have a hood hinge.

Modded. Mine had nothing but fiberglass w/ holes for hood pins and the latches.
