Installed stock 302 with T-5, never saw this before though in my other builds, could it be the engine mounts ?

That doesn't look like any fox body mount that I've ever seen, so I think you're right.

do you have the transmission mount on? some shims for the trans mount might also help.

yeah right, they came with the block, think I will be changing them
