What are these parts called?

Trying to do this mod and need to track these down. What are they called?

Sad thing is I think I have them somewhere in the garage and have gone to that void where things like this go. Sure I will find them right when I buy new :^/

I believe the word you are looking for is "clevis". A lot of folks use the ones from Lokar. I think the pulley is an extra.

Also I've read here that Lokar quit making the clevis.
