I was reading an old post on the FFR Heater and Michael Everson had a tip for setting it up without having to use the mechanical bypass as supplied from FFR. I saved Mikes comments for the parts he uses but would anyone have any pics of this setup in the car? ...or maybe Mike will see this post and direct me

"Here is what I do on all my builds to eliminate that hard cable.
Purchase these parts numbers through summit
VTA-11458-VUS
VTA-11542-VUS
VTA-46103-VUH
You need one of each. The open lug on the heater control switch powers the vacuum valve that opens the heater valve.

Just put the vacuum valve in place of the FFR supplied part. Then use the vacuum switch to control the opening of the valve. It will be pretty evident once you have the parts in your hands.
