Needing a measurement

Could some one provide me with harness mount point measurement?

Adding some angle iron for a MKII and trying to get spacing for drilling.

Correct. That is a picture of a MK IV. I adding angle iron to give myself 2 mount points so need the measurement for the holes I need to drill.

Why not make a tab, slot the trunk aluminum and weld it in place. That's what I did on my MKI. If adding angle iron to the one tab, you still have one point of contact.
