Hi everyone.

I finished my 2 year build MK4 3 years ago, so bought the kit in 2019.
I ordered a Rod Tops soft top for it as well, and it was delivered together with the kit
Now my friend is building a Mk4, and would really like the same top. He tried to order the top from FFR, but was rold to get it directly from Rod Tops. We both have sendt multiple e-mails to them without any feedback. He has also called them, but end up in a loop with multiple people that says they dont know anything about this and suggest talking to xxx, which know nothing about this and sends him to yyy, with the same answer. So my friend is about to give up, and has now borrowed my top to try to replicate it instead.

Any one have some information to share about this company?
Thanks..

I've been trying to get a Rods Top for my FFR 33 and have spoken to Chad more than a few times, Bottom line, They just don't want to do FFR tops anymore. I would suspect there just isn't enough demand for them. I think he said the marine canvas side of the business keeps him very busy and he can't keep up with that as it is.

Great, Thank You for clearing that up 👍
I suspected something similar, but now I can tell my friend not to chaise that route, and look elsewhere for a top.
