Hello all. I am currently working on assembling the Wilwood Brakes on the kit and I came to a step that I was unsure of.

In the manual that came with my brakes, it explains to Red Loctite all of the bolts for connecting the caliper to the bracket.

But the picture of the caliper in the manual appears to have a top pin to take out and remove the brake pads without taking off the caliper.

While the caliper that I have which is pictured above seems to have a solid piece at the top and would need the caliper to be removed in order to install the brake pads from underneath.

So I am just not sure if we are still supposed to use the Red Loctite on the connection bolts if it would need to be removed in the future in order to change the brake pads?

You should use loctite. You can still pull things apart, they just generally don't fall off with loctite. I use blue on my formula car because it gets checked often and pulled apart often, have never had a caliper bolt come loose.

These are the correct instructions: https://www.wilwood.com/PDF/DataSheets/ds834.pdf

Note that the pads are loaded from the bottom, so you will have to remove the caliper to change the pads. The instructions do state "red" Loctite on the caliper bolts and torqued to 35 lbs. You may need to heat the bolts to remove them down the road.

Use the loc tite as per the manual. Red Loc Tite is required on many aviation bolts when ever they are installed. Those same bolts are regularly removed for instection and servicing.... then re-loc tited upon reassemly. Standard procedures. You can also use the blue loc-tite as F500guy above mentioned. It has a lower break-a-way threashold though. Harley Davidson requires the blue loc-tite on vertually ALL their bolts upon re-assembly.

Use the red Loctite as instructed. Just coat the threads. You don't need to use an excessive amount. Then use heat to break loose if necessary. I don't know what your planned usage is. But for us "normal" (can I say that?) street drivers that go several thousand miles per season, those pads will last quite a while. I'm on the fourth season with mine and still plenty of lining remaining.

You might consider Permatex 25210 High Strength orange removable threadlocker. 3 times stronger than Blue, no heat required for removal. I've been using this for years on our offroad toys brake and suspension componets with zero issues.
