I got an email confirming my order/payment the other day but haven't received the parts yet.

As far as I know he is - just likely he hasn't had a chance to respond yet. He is still very active on this forum and the Facebook page (Factory Five Builders) helping out noobs like me :)

E-mailing Mike is the correct first step. He'll get back to you with prices and shipping costs, and then you'd either mail him a check or PayPal him the amount and he'll ship the stuff out. At least that's how it went when I've ordered from him.
