I stumbled onto this Speedmaster stack injection system on the Summit Racing website. The price is about 1/3 of what other vendors are charging for their systems.
Anyone have any knowledge good or bad on this product?
I was wondering if you paired their hardware with a Holley Terminator X ECU if you could get a good working system at a very attractive price?
A friend of mine has a Speedmaster system on one of his cars. When he helped me install my Inglese setup, he was shocked at the difference in quality. His runs, but he's had constant issues with it and we used the same tuner. There is a reason the price is so much different. For stacks, I'd stick with Borla or Inglese.

The Speedmaster stack systems are low quality, most common problem is vacuum leaks which is like death to a stack system. Second issue is they supply them with the Fast EZ self tuning system, the EX ECU does not work with stacks, you need the Sportsman or Holley Terminator.
Avoid the Speedmaster stack systems like the plague and go to Ingelese. Jim will take good care of you.

Two, smart & correct answers
I'll throw my 2 cents in here. I installed one of the earlier versions, 2012, on a 331 for my car. Granted, I don't have a bunch of miles, but I really can't complain about its performance, and yes, I am using the Fast EZ2.0. The engine runs flawlessly whether driving around town or on the freeway. I don't have anything to compare it to, and I haven't pushed the car really hard, other than a few hard accelerations onto the freeway, but so far so good. Would I have gone with a different system? We'll never know, but at the time I realized I was going to be so over my original budget that it was this or something else that I really didn't want.

I'll add to my answer from before. You can make the Speedmaster stacks work but you will need to:
Mechanically you will have to blueprint it. Make sure gasket surfaces are flat & true, throttle blades fit the bores properly and all 8 are consistent so you can balance them later. Insure the throttle shafts are sealed in the throttle bodies to eliminate vacuum leaks.
Replace the air temp and coolant temp sensors with good quality units. Replace the TPS sensor, MAP sensor, and IAC motor.
Replace the O-rings with good quality ones.
Replace the injectors.
Replace the fuel pressure regulator.
Use a FAST Sportsman or Holley Terminator ECU.
With enough effort and good quality parts you can get it to work for you.
I'm assuming (probably not a wise thing) that for the Coyote, the Speedmaster uses the Ford computer? If so, who provides the tune for it?

No, you are not going to adapt the Ford Controls Pack for a stack EFI system. You are going to have to use an aftermarket ECU like one now available from Holley. As said, the Fast controllers have been nothing but a headache for most.
What I did not realize is the manufacturing quality issues that have resulted in vacuum leaks. This was the kind of info one needs going in to say yes or no.
For grins, I think I want to call SpeedMaster and discuss these issues and how they have been dealt with.

FWIW - Prestige Motorsports does a lot of engines with Borla stack injection systems, including coyotes and Aluminators. Here's their coyote with Borla stack and custom cams, making 500bhp. They use the Holley Terminator X ECU on most of their builds.

To clarify, the Fast EZ model self-tuning controllers should not be used on stacks. The Fast Sportsmen, which I am using, works well. The Holley Terminator and Fast Sportsman are pretty much equal, you won't go wrong with either one. With either one you should not enable the self tuning feature when running stacks.

100% agree, you couldn't give me a FAST EZ system. On a stack system, even FAST says they won't work. In fact they agreed to upgrade me to a SPORTSMAN for free. End of all running problems
