My type 65 coupe has the battery mounted up front in the usual location which makes getting to the terminals for charging or jumping difficult. Was considering putting in an external battery jumper block, looks like summit racing has numerous to choose from. Was curious if anyone has done something similar and what you used?
Thanks

I have a plug for my battery tender located near the left front wheel. Just used one of the wires that came with the tender, it's tie wrapped to another wire so it is easy to reach and connect.

I fabricated such a battery auxiliary terminals panel for my Coupe and located it inside the engine bay, as you can see below. I also added to the panel an auxiliary 12-volt power outlet for convenience while I was at it. The red back-panel is electrical insulating fiberglass taken from cutout of the body from under the nose. A nice repurposing of a body parts and the only remaining body part that remains in its original gelcoat red. The actual R-B terminals can be purchased at numerous places.

Get yourself a Noco on board charger. Then one of these.
