If one were to order a new rims outside of factory five, what offset would you need to get for the 18 inch rims?

Rear Wheel Size (Diameter x width): 18"x 11"
Front Wheel Backspace: 6.00" (24mm Offset)
Rear Wheel Backspace: 6.46" (12mm Offset)
Wheel Lug Pattern: Ford style 5 lug x 4.5" bolt circle

18X10.5+23 for the rear.
18x9+24 for the front. Would those wheels work?

FWIW, this guy is a very worthwhile addition to your toolkit when trying to figure this kind of thing out. It's such a risky business otherwise
