View Full Version : Convertible Top?
I want a true 3 season car. That means a convertible top and a heater. The heater is a $399 add, great.
I seem to remember F5 offered a top but it was expensive ($10k ? ) and it ONLY went with the roadster and not the more classically styled 289 ver
....Is this still the case?
Factory Five offered a soft top that was manufactured by Rod Tops for a tad under $4k. I have this top and can’t say enough about the high quality.

Rumor has it that top may no longer be available.
There is a top that is more period correct available from Whitby for around $1.5k.
Any pics with the top down?
It does not go inside a boot, so it may sit like a big blob on top of the rear deck lid, catch wind, etc....
Ahhh, no wonder I cant find any pics with top down....you can't !
Its either on or off
Take it with you for the whole day or leave it at home
