Im sure 7206 had no idea of the travels ahead when backed into the snug yet quality built shipping crate. (Im sure anyone out there who's received a FFR crate will vouche for me, thing of beauty.)
Only FFr themselves will know why it was 7206 that was quickly dispatched to Van Diemans Land to live out her days on a Prisoners Island.
It was May 15 2010 that 7206 saw light again

Unpacked and totally unaware of what lie ahead.

First mock up and signs of things to come.

Will it fit? No.
Well not the first time anyway.

Chris-

What a terrific job!! Really a nice, thorough job, with a terrific finish. You may want to check your instructions though, as it looks like the steering wheel is on the wrong side mate. ;-0)

She's beautiful!! Well done!

Steve

Chris visited Factory Five last summer and gave Dave Smith this surf board. Congratulations on finishing the Roadster Chris! It looks fantastic!

Chris, it's beautiful! Lots of nice details. Is that a little back-up light? Chrome louvers? A like the detailed drawing on the wall in the engine-on-lift shot. Congrats.
