Anyone had to replace their spindle nuts on IRS? I’m looking to match the ones that came with my axles, but no luck finding the exact ones. FFR checked for me and the nut is only available as part of the complete axle assembly. The ones that came are M22-1.5 threads and 36mm socket size. These are very heavy duty (all other options I can find are 32mm socket size). The replacements recommended by FFR are Ford CCPZ.3B477.F. Ford dealer says these have been superseded by CCPZ-3B477-G. The flange on these are significantly smaller than the original FFR parts.
I was able to find a Dorman 05185 which has a larger flange than the Ford part, but still not quite as large as the FFR part.
Pics of all three are attached, with the Dorman in the middle.
Also for reference, the opening in the rear hubs where the flange of the nut will sit is ~35mm. The flange on the Ford nut is only 40mm, so only about 2.5mm all the way around holding the axle into the hub. The original nut is ~49mm. The Dorman is 45mm.

I have when I removed my cv-shafts to replace some split boots.
I could only find the two Ford parts that you listed- I used one pair of the two - not sure which - but one side loosened after a few hundred miles. The original nuts had not loosened in ~20,000 miles. I ended up re-using the original nuts and have had no issues in a few hundred miles. I was tempted to double-nut using the newer ones.
I did order some new cv-shafts from FFR recently and was pleased that they came with the larger/gold nuts- I'm saving these for a rainy day.

These might be an option. This one you may have to call about, but looks like the right dimensions.

This is another that I found, but could not find dimensions.

The new smaller nuts are the right nuts. Make sure you follow the right torque spec for the new nuts, or more. Generally recommended track torque spec is 150 ft lbs + 45 degrees if you want to avoid the common loosening hubs issue
