Is there a diagram/picture showing where each one of these go? I know where a few go but don't know about the rest.

Ok, I found some more illustration on page 396, 397 & 398 so that answers a couple more

Easiest if you take picks of the piece pairs individually, for the ones you're unsure of so we can help identify them. Otherwise you'll get responses like "the one under the larger one in the middle of the pile towards the right goes .....". Then you'll say which one? ;)

These have me baffled. I have a later Gen2 and I do not recall receiving or installing these R&L panels on mine.

those are block off plates for the hinges. they go against the floor, outside wall and rear wall. Sort of where the outboard seat belt mount is.

Those are not the block off plates for the hinges on a Gen 2 33. The block off plates are in the original picture, in the center near the bottom with a couple of other parts on top of them.

FWIW, I didn't get those parts with my 33.
