Has anyone adapted an electric steering unit to the roadster? My friend has one he build a few years ago and is intrigued by the electric steering on my 33 Hotrod and wants to do the same on his Roadster. Any of y'all done this successfully?

520 Speedworks has a kit they offer based on the same system as well.

The Speedworks Kit is the same as the one you can buy from EPowersteering, includes a few more instructions on cutting of the existing steering shaft is the difference. Here is my review of my install this past fall and additional motor support I designed.

Some guys have found different electronics to make it "speed sensitive boost", which would be nice. But I just turn the adjustment knob under my dash to 50% boost for backing out of tight parking spots, and 10% for the road and racetrack.
