For the steering wheel emblem, I just used the same one as the hood and trunk. I 3D printed a black "trim" ring to fill in the space.

For the steering wheel I was feeling lucky and ordered it through the company that we are forbidden from mentioning on this forum. I should of played Powerball as well, I received them within a week.
