Happy Holidays all,
With the unavailability of the FFR Supreme Soft Top, I am asking again for any ideas for a top. I am considering Whitby (but they don't know when they will "make" some) and Kris Anderson (nee A.P.E. hardtop). I have scoured the internet and can find no other solutions. Superformance has no info; ditto Backdraft. I have heard of some other source in South Africa, but cannot find out anything. ERA? and other kit manufacturers do not fit FFR because of the tall roll hoops ( I don't want to cut them). My car is "finished" and I don't want to take it apart again. I appreciate any help. Oh, and I am retired and poor.
Jeff

are you looking for soft or hard tops? do you want to drive in heavy rain or just want a cover over your head for sun/shade?
Another member just posted that he had 2 bimini tops for sale. Not quite a hard or soft top, but will keep you shaded, and easily folded/stored in the trunk. I think his user name is sjdave.

unfortunately, the options are limited. The Rod-tops option that FFR had was certainly the best but it appears as if this is no longer an option unless you source one already bought. Whitby is only other option for soft top to my knowledge.

EDIT: You may find some luck with a custom job? I found this online but it calls out "not designed for replicas". Seeing the FFR was scanned off orginial maybe it's worth a shot?

Thank you for the info. Unfortunately Robbins tops are for the FABRIC only. Perhaps I could bend some metal for a frame? My 1958 Sprite had a separate bows frame plus snap on top ("Lift the Dot"). Oh well...

Try searching the classifieds in the other forum. Some older listings not marked sold pop up. https://www.ffcars.com/threads/convertible-soft-top-for-mkiv-cobra-for-sale.641824/#post-6105203
You might get lucky
