Correct me if I’m wrong but the front bolts are 110mm flange head bolts with flange nuts right? There doesn’t seem to be enough thread exposed to get the nut started and the bolts are well seated.. also the rear bolts that thread directly into the pumpkin are not flange head bolts right?

My manual says you need 130mm bolts for the front mounts (page 95).

If you have trouble finding the 16mm bolts use 5/8 instead. 5/8 is only .005inch smaller.

I was missing the front bolts and since they're big and so specific, I just told FFR they were missing and they sent me some. They're pretty understanding especially since the fasteners for IRS aren't described the best in the inventory.

Try ACE Hardware if you have one close. They carry 10.9 bolts, which is what those are. Don't buy 8.8.

FYI folks boltsandnuts.com has a good assortment of metric 10.9, even the flange M16 bolts used in the IRS. Take note all 12 of the M16 nuts in the IRS fastener pack are Staked Flange nuts (steel lock nuts) and all of the M16 bolts are Flange bolts. It’s hard to find flange nuts and bolts, even in 5/8 grade 8. I think it’s ok to sub a hex bolt and flat washer for a flange bolt. But I don’t think it’s ok to sub a flat washer and nut for a staked flange nut.
I sub'ed Grade 8 5/8" hex head with washers and nylon locking nuts on the front bolts. Those were omitted from my IRS fastener pack. My local Ace did not have 10.9 metrics.
