Hi, in order to install the oil pressure sender and water temp sender per FFR instructions the engine stand is in the way. Did you put the engine on the hoist, remove the stand, and completed that work before putting the engine back down on the stand? Or is there an easier way?
Thank you again.

I didn’t get mine from FFR, but they were not installable on the stands that I had either I had to wait till it was either removed from the stands, or on the hoist

Thank you, Toadster. I thought that would be the only way. I'll figure out a way to stabilize it while I'm using on it. :)

Yes, they’re gonna be plenty of times when you’re under the car it honestly not too bad before you get the headers on

I'm not familiar with how coyotes arrive nowadays. Mine came on a wooden pallet. If your engine is going to be sitting for a bit before you install it, having it on a rolling cart might be handy so you can move it around as needed. I put mine on these stands from Stumpy's Fabworks (https://www.stumpysfabworks.com). They provided plenty of clearance to do just about everything on the engine, including the oil pressure and water temp senders.

Fantastic stand. I got the one that came with the engine from FFR. No way to do those sensors while on the stand. Fortunately it seems it will be easy to do after I drop in the engine.
