Has anyone who has installed an LS Engine in a Gen 3 been able to retro fit Boig cooling tubes and if so what order configuration did you use? I am not a fan of the supplied corrugated tubing and after working to gain mm's of clearance for the lower hose I don't want to do this twice.

I'm currently constructing and LS3 Gen 3 coupe myself and while I can't speak to the fit of the Boig tubes, I do have a question..... what kind of clearance issues did you have on the lower pipe? Are your issues on the radiator or pump side?

Speedfreak440 my issue is the lower radiator nipple. Even after getting the sway bar lowered as far as it with go without fabrication the clearance is real tight and the supplied adapter hose kit has a larger outside diameter than a convention hose which exacerbates the clearance issue. I have spoken to Boig and they do not make tubes for this application. I do have the luxury to go to Boig and see if some of the tubes they have can be retrofitted to work as they are 7 miles from home.

Sorry I'm late replying, One thing I didn't think about is that I'm running a Ron Davis radiator vs the FF supplied one, both of my radiator inlet/outlets are on the passenger side, I ended up sending both hoses through the pre-cut upper hole in the radiator to hood aluminum sheet (if that makes sense), this put both my tubes on the passenger side of the engine, I also installed a straight filler neck and conventional thermostat onto the lower water pump in place of the factory angled neck/thermostat combo.
