Something kicked up off the road and put a hole in my radiator on the way to coffee and cars this morning. Checking the FFR parts catalog I didn’t see an option for radiator on the gen 3 coupe. Anyone know where these are sourced or are they custom fabricated for FFR? Thank you in advance.

Back when I bought my MK-4 (2015 A.D. / Anno Domini) AFCO built the F5 radiators.
If it is was a proprietary part specifically built for Factory Five Racing, they will not sell it to you.
On the flip side, you may find a radiator that may work so look at the dimensions.
As for me, that is what I did and simply had a pal move the upper neck.

Hope This Helps & Good Luck!

these are the guys that ffr sources their radiators from i found the exact one and then bought a 3-core version for my car
I'm certain it's the company.

A lot of vendors come and go over the years.
Hopefully our friend will find an exact replacement.
Also, this is exactly why this forum is so important to us all.

Thanks-O-Million!

the only thing is they come as a kit without the hose connection welded in place which is good for factory five because they can place them where they want them.

Thanks everyone for the replies. I’ll be doing some research but calling FFR Monday as well. The parts catalog never seems to have everything they actually carry.

I believe this is the one
https://www.northernradiator.com/HIGH_PERFORMANCE/SEARCH_BY_CATEGORY/CUSTOM_RADIATOR_KITS/RADIATORS/2_ROW/19_INCH/209602B
https://d3b00m8mfsag2q.cloudfront.net/userfiles/documents/product/209602b.pdf

I went and looked at the one I got from them and the ones they have pictured don't look the same as mine.
mine has welded ends on the tanks just like ffr
the ones they picture now have molded tanks.

this is the one from factory five
192847

this is the one from northern with the weld on pieces they are not long enough for the angle that ffr welds them at
192846

off topic a bit, but consider getting some Nomex honeycomb to protect the rad.

Yes, that was going to be the next step after finding a radiator. Thank you
