This came up recently and I realized it may be of more general interest, so I'll post here in the main roadster forum.

The FFR toggle switches, while a nod to the Lucas switches, feel different and look different up close. But, they seem reliable and I decided to use them on my car. Since there is no FFR wiper switch and they include the Lucas switch in the kit, the mismatch in appearance is noticeable, and I wanted to address that if I could.

One of the bigger differences in appearance is the bezel, which can be replaced. A place called Antique Electronic Supply has these (S-HM300N (https://www.tubesandmore.com/products/nut-marshall-1532-32-threading-chrome)), which are pretty close in appearance to the Lucas bezels and in my mind, just sturdier looking than the FFR knurled rings. The thread is a match. And at $1.75, it's both expensive for nut, and a pretty cheap way to pretty up your dash.

Comparison photo with the Lucas wiper switch on the left, and the FFR switches and AES bezels to the right of that.
