Window tint

hey Guys

Been trying to find at least 44" wide window tint for the rear hatch glass.
Found some 48" but in 2%. I don't want to dark.
Searched the web with no luck.
I guess I could use 40" and have a splice on both sides. Never installed this stuff before though. But was going to try.
I called llumar and they are wholesale only. They where not much help where to buy either.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have found window tint is best installed by an expert using quality film. Even if self applied tint looks ok at the start, it often looks average after a summer or 2. Also, the store bought stuff can go purple over time, at least in the Aussie summer.

There are independent installers around who can offer a good cash deal. Most offer onsite service.
They can supply top quality film and will be able to come up with a good solution.

Please don't interpret this as a slight on your skills, just my experience across 30+ work and personal vehicles.
