We install a set of Drummer Mike's Heat Shields in beautiful Polished Stainless Steel.

Also have Drummer Mikes heat shields on mine. They were installed in 2014 & still look like new on a car driven almost daily. Just something to think about. A snake bite can be very serious & is always painful. I did a belt & suspenders using Thermo-Tec to line the inside of the shields.

I have Mikes heat shields also. His email I have is M49Francuck@hotmaildotcom. I have not installed mine yet, car is at Whitby's for paint.

Nice video Frank. I have the same heat shields with a Coyote and GasN touring pipes - they are great. No extra insulation added and so far they have never been more than warm to the touch.

I have the same shields and love them. Be sure to follow instructions and tighten after first run. It helps to have a second set of hands to install. I used painters tape to hold clamp insulation in place for installation.
