First I want to thank this incredible group of builders that participate on this forum, you have been a daily read for me during my build.
Brakes, Im building a MKIV with Gen 3 Coyote, IRS. Rear brakes are M-2300-MR, front are from the FFR complete kit. So single pistons in rear and duals in front.
My question is should I add a power brake system to these or will these as a manual system do just fine for street use?

If depends on what you want, but IMO I would go with a hydroboost system especially if you are going with PS. The hydroboost system from a early 2000's Mustangs works well. You can adapt the Ford PS pump used but that requires moving the alternator. The other option is the KRC pump and integral reservoir used by myself and many who are Coyote swapping something or in the MK4s. The PS provides better caster than does manual steering. With the KRC pump, you can select from various flow/pressure rates where you can dial in the feel you want. The kit is designed to accommodate the hydroboost as I used mine from a 2004 Mach 1. I really liked the feel and handling. It just makes the car easier to drive and enjoy.

I'm running the 2000 Mustang GT Brakes up front that were provided with the kit. (Dual Piston / 10.86" Rotors)
Out back I'm running 1995 Ford Explorer disc brakes which are a tad larger in diameter. (Single Piston / 11.22")
I am not running power brakes nor am I running power steering & the car turns and stops just fine.

If you do a search, you will find a lot of discussion about manual vs. power brakes. I have the same brake setup and I am using a hydroboost power brake system from Forte. I like it - the brake behavior is predictable and has the same feel as my daily driver. However, I don't have anything else to compare it to. When researching brakes, my take away was that manual stock brakes worked well if you changed out the brake pads (Hawk pads are popular). With the right pads, there is more than enough stopping power. My preference to use power brakes was to keep my braking system consistent with what my family normally drives.

Using stock brakes for general street use and no.issues. just need to recalibration your brain/foot to driving non-power brakes.

Since your running IRS you now have bigger rotors in the back than the front. I always change out the fronts for 1994 and newer Mustang Cobra brakes. They are 13-inch rotors to match the back. Can be put together for less than $500.00 on Rock auto. I ALWAYS recommend power brakes. I bet you won't find one of my customers that regrets it.

As always the help on this forum is great and provides lots of things to think about. At this point I will hold on to my original plan for a Hydroboost system as I had planned. The power steering pump is on the motor and ready to go for the hydroboost system.
Thanks again for the help, back to building for now

One question to Micheal Everson's comment on upgrading the front brakes to match the rear which are 13" rotors. To change the rotors and calipers to the larger size would the stock front FFR complete kit Knuckles and hubs (sorry if not the correct name) still be used or would they also need to be swapped out?

2001 Mustang Cobra 13" rotors and calipers on stock FFR knuckles and hubs.
These happen to be PowerStop brand

Here is the 18" Halibrand wheel. Plenty of clearance. Others may know if smaller wheels will clear.

This is great help, I will be using 1994-04 Mustang SVE FR500 17" wheels on my build. Has anyone used these or similar wheels.

I ran the 13" Cobra type 2 piston front brakes from my 2004 Mach 1 donor with the 17 inch Halibrand knock offs FFR sourced, no clearance issues.
