I designed and 3D printed some bezels to clean up the front quick jack holes and hold the bolt sleeve tubing in place.
Turned out really nice I think.

YES!!! I was thinking about deleting these because I hated the look so much. Care to share the .stp file?

I used a set of rubber bumper grommets that are designed for these holes and have the angle of the tubes built in. I got mine from the vendor we don't mention here.. but I'm sure they are available from more reputable sources.

metro moulded parts has the front grommets.

fits a sleeve larger than the one in the kit, so you'll need to get a larger OD stainless tube and larger hardware, or bushings to put inside the larger tube.
I think I got my sleeve from onlinemetals and bought brass bushings from McMaster-Carr to use the original hardware.

Any chance you can put these in Thingiverse or maybe we should request a new forum and/or file area where we can store 3d printable files.

Brilliant!! Yes.. please upload to Printables or Thingiverse, and link here. I have the ********** grommets, but I can't believe it didn't occur to me to 3d print some!!

Do these just slip over the tubes and rest up against the body or do they insert into the body and then have the tubes passed through?
