Did you cut off the ebrake mount and patch the hole in the passenger side transmission tunnel or perhaps use a new unmolested panel? Just curious what others have done!

Yes, I cut the mounting bracket off and patched the hole.

Willwood electric brakes are installed, and planning to do the same thing John K just posted.

yup - like John, I cut out the parking brake support and riveted over the hole
