2006 wrx steering rack

I have a 2006 wrx limited wagon. I need to replace the steering rack. Do I need to replace it with a rack from a wrx wagon, or will a rack from a sedan work. does it even need to be a wrx or will a rack from any impreza work? Any help would be much appreciated.

As it is still very early in the 818 development, we are not yet equipped to answer many Subaru tech questions. It does look like the wagon and sedan have different model racks. You might be better off trying a Subaru forum for now.
