Forum friends-while waiting for my kit (11/18/23 sched), I finished my target motor. It pulled 462 ft-lbs @4500, 432hp @5500 limited by a high rpm miss. I ran out of Dyno time but I think it was fuel starvation since the AFR went lean right before the miss and it was a dead head style regulator system-we had inconsistent float levels all day. It’s might have been valve spring or lifter related but I didn’t expect that below 6000. If it misses with a good bypass regulated fuel system I’ll have to chase it. Anyway, the motor should be great in a light car with a TKX and 3.55 gears.
