Stock 5/16 pickup to 3/8 Hardline connection help please

My build is carburated and I dont think I need 3/8 line but I thought I would do it now and if needed I can swap the pickup down the road. I'm putting my filter between the mechincal pump and the carb so I just want a flex line between my tank pickup and the 3/8 hard line. Can anyone recommend an easy solution? I have never used AN fittings and for my application it feels like overkill. Whats everyone else doing?

With low pressure carb fuel systems, the larger lines can actual help. Easiest to do in now, then have issues later.

I purchased a kit from Summit Racing that had a 3/8 (-6AN) aluminum hard line and steel braided PTFE hose. I had to get a couple of different AN fittings to run it the way I wanted but in the end it works great. Using AN fittings is no big deal, although the steel braids tend to poke you in the finger tips.

Big thankyou to Mark at Breeze Automotive. I have so many of Marks parts already, not sure why I didnt think of him but one email with what I needed was all it took for Mark to come back with a solution that works perfectly for my setup.
