Hi All, looking for some input. Built a fuel vent canister (as many have) but used some PVC I had rather than ABS plastic. Any issues using PVC for a fuel vent canister? Or should I convert the Nalgene polyethylene bottle into a canister? PVC apparently not "fuel resistant" but polyethylene is...

Probably overthinking as usual but appreciate any input!

15+ years with no problems using PVC. Might be different if it was actually contacting fuel rather than just vapor.

Thanks Jeff! Appreciate it, and thanks for the post describing how to make one!

Another option to consider. If you end up going with a different brake fluid reservoir like I did (I went with the Tilton racing one), you can repurpose it into a nice little vapor trap with a nice mount to boot!
