Finish line Acessories

Has anyone had success with ordering from the company Finish Line? I have called several times and sent emails over the past week and have gotten no response from either. I had a question about their glove box and the aluminum side vents for my MK4 Roadster. But I am concerned about placing an order when they don't even respond at all. Does anyone know who might carry the glove box and aluminum side vents other than FF.
