I posted this thread on the roadster forum also. I have the complete MKIV kit, 7622. I continually have a leak at my front flex lines where the bolt connects to the caliper. I thought maybe the washers were scored or irregular so I have replaced with new washers but still no luck. I'm afraid to tighten anymore, lest I strip something. I've replaced brakes and lines on other projects and have never had this issue. I think the lines are good, unless you've had some issues with them. It's hard to bleed the brakes and continue. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Nick C

Nick,
Are you using copper washers? They will prevent the leaks.

Yes I switched to some I got at O'reillys with less leaking but still there. There were five pair in each pack of varying sizes, so tommorrow I'm going to experiment with some other pairs. Thanks Hank.

The copper washers should do it, but I have used this in the past also.
