Custom Emblem Design Idea

Some custom emblems I designed in 3D that I might have made for the Roadster hood and deck lid.
They mimic the original Shelby emblem style and colors.

I have a 3D printer but it only does plastic filament. I'll outsource these so I can get polished aluminum or chrome.

I was thinking it'd be real simple to go to one of the dozens of military challenge coin companies and request a custom coin with no backing so I could use it as a badge or perhaps on the steering wheel.

Billet Badges might make them. I think they do one-off customs. They won't make it if it has any trademark items on it that are registered to Ford, etc....I know because they used to make a 5.0 Coyote Cobra badge for some folks on the forum but they won't make them anymore because of licensing issues w/ Ford. I don't remember if it was the word "COYOTE" or the word "COBRA" that was trademarked by Ford, but they told me they can't make them anymore without written permission from Ford. They even gave me a link to request permission from Ford....I submitted but never got a response (no big surprise there).

Sounds about right. The big corporations always make sure that they get their cut.
I was doing some other designs for the 03-04 Mustang Cobras several years back and ran into the same issue.
I also reached out to Ford and got nothing.

You might want to make it the same diameter as the horn button insert.
I'd bet somebody would want to place your emblem there also.
