Dave Smith is a class act

I trailered my roadster to get tuned in southern MA today, near the factory. I had an inventory issue to resolve and wanted to order a set of wind wings, so I figured why not swing by the shop and save everyone on shipping.

Dave was running around R&D, then making videos in the showroom. Clearly he had a lot going on, and I stayed out of the way as he went through various video takes. He still took the time to introduce himself, ask about my car, and talk about a couple different engines he's put in some roadsters.

He didn't have to chat, and I still would have have a great visit with the team there. Spending a couple minutes to share his thoughts on his passion makes the difference between a transaction over a quality product and a community.

I stopped in back in 2020 before I ordered my Hot Rod to see one in the showroom in person before I ordered. Dave came in for the day and stopped to chat with me. He spent about 10 or 15 minutes talking with me. We're both from southern California so we had that and the love of cars in common. He's a great guy IMO. He took the time to ask what kit I was looking at and what drivetrain I was going to use. He asked about my background and told the salesman to show me the F9. I was very impressed with him. He is a very savvy business man and truly cares about his customers. Hats off to him!
