Hello all, I am running the 351 headers from FFR on my MKIV and they have cracked twice this summer. I've had them welded twice and am still running them because FFR did not have any. I ordered a set from Gasn a couple months ago and they arrived this week. My question is to anyone who has changed them over are they a direct fit replacement or will there be mods to do? I had to modify the body opening when going form the 302 to 351 headers from FFR by opening up the top of the body opening by 3/4 inch and had to pie cut the headers behind the bell mouth and reweld them to get the correct angle so the mufflers would sit correctly. I'm really trying not to do this again. Any thoughts?
