Reached another milestone with my build and was able to take the car for a little spin.
I did not get too crazy with the throttle but just enough to quickly realize that the setup of the suspension and geometry on this car will be critical to keeping it straight, (and I need to set some money aside for some traction control). The misses was happy that I took her for a spin so I have a hall pass for awhile longer.
I will be better prepared with video equipment etc the next time I take it for a spin, (and lock up that dam dog!) but I am in the process of getting the body lined up correctly so will be a week.
I have my excitement back!

Thanks guys!
This ended up being my final engine config minus the turbine bags.

Was that before the ride in the Roadster, or after?;)

Kidding aside, it really helps if the Wife likes the car. I think many fellows have had issues with that aspect, and end up with guilt complexes..lol

Bill,
With my youngest only 10 months old it has been a constant juggling act with many weeks when I did not spend any time in the garage at all. It has caused the build to drag out way longer than I wanted it to but did so gladly.
