what are the 3 holes in that plate just below the rear leg mount of roll bar used for188741

Quad shock mount. This would only come into play when using a 4 link with donor coil springs---which is almost never done these days yet it remains (kind of like the hood pin brackets, Mustang gauge trim and headlight switch mounts and a couple of other rarely used vestiges from the early donor days).
