Folks,

I was doing some adjusting today with the steering and checking side to side clearance of the wheels and everything was going well. I turn to the right one more time and I heard a snap. My banjo bolt line from the caliper to the fitting that separates hard lines broke. Needless to say I have a mess on my hands. I do not have a spare line (my fault), but I had an old line that I could use in the interim to slow the leak. Can anyone tell me what part number this line is and if I can get locally?

This is the line I am talking about above.

Thanks for the help.

Wow, good thing you found this problem now, rather than while driving. I don't have the part number, but if you call Factory Five, they certainly will. Also, I did a quick Amazon search for 20" stainless braided brake hoses, and found several that looked to be the same.

Good luck,

Greg

I ordered from Breeze yesterday the hoses and will have a spare on hand once I do this replace.

Thanks

You may also want to change how the other end mounts to the frame. Dill the rivets for the mount plate out and mount it to the top of the 3/4x3/4 frame tube. See my old MkII here.
