I've decided to use the Moroso coolant expansion (https://www.summitracing.com/parts/mor-63806) tank rather than the FFR provided expansion tank. Can anyone provide the part numbers for the necessary hoses to complete this upgrade? I've seen some posts from a few years back but some part numbers listed aren't available anymore. ApPart number list from anyone with recent experience doing this mod would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
-Bryan

Look at the Mishimot MUS8- 15ANCBK aux hose kit for mustangs. This will plumb it like OEM with the Moroso tank. 1 suggestion when filling, leave the small top hose off the radiator corner, this will bleed the system. When you have coolant come out the small fitting at top corner of the radiator your full. Should hold about 4 gallon total. Used this on my Gen 3 Coyote roadster build.

that Mishimoto kit looks pretty good
I used a mix of the FFR hoses and the coyote hose, I also had the Boig Cool Tube for radiator return - my setup is much different from the regular FFR Coyote setup because of the ABS HCU taking up the space where the hoses would go
here's my setup with the Moroso tank

Similar Coyote hook up with different angles on the picture. The block to radiator is stock Coyote F-150 hose.
Also block top to bottom of the tank hose is open stock auto store coolant hose.

I wish you guys would quit. I hate how I have my cooling lines setup and was trying to avoid doing this but now I don't feel like I have a choice.

I used the mishimoto tank, but got the mustang hoses from a local ford dealer.

edwardb has a great writeup on his roadster build that has materials/part numbers to do this. I followed his options and it worked well.

All the hoses we used are listed in the description box of the video. We've done a number of these and never used a check valve in the hoses. Everything seems to work just fine without one.
And for anyone interested in a inexpensive alternative for the surge tank. This one from UPR worked perfect on the build we're working on now. It also comes with a pressure cap and can be ordered in a black powder-coated finish. https://www.uprproducts.com/15-22-mustang-coolant-expansion-tank-aluminum/

I'll give my input, although I haven't fully hooked all my hoses up yet so use this as a reference (maybe confirm before buying!). These pics are NOT of my car, but reference pics from other builds. I have a Gen2, but I think it is the same as Gen3 --> I'm sure someone will comment if that isn't the case. Hope you find this helpful:
Here's a diagram of the hoses and what I believe are the correct parts, and where I found them:

#1 - FR3Z-8C289-B (or maybe FR3Z-8C289-C which is the replacement) --> I couldn't find anywhere, but it comes included in the Mishimoto Mustang Hose Kit (https://www.americanmuscle.com/mishimoto-silicone-coolant-hose-kit-1517gt.html?fbclid=IwAR0PaxiPADcIrN8ktxvEfpNRD6_9g CXybudunSMB7d-h8QKw1fDdKARRcFI)
#2 - FR3Z-8075-C - found at Tasca (https://www.tascaparts.com/oem-parts/ford-overflow-hose-fr3z8075f?c=az0x), but also comes in the Mishimoto Mustang Hose Kit (https://www.americanmuscle.com/mishimoto-silicone-coolant-hose-kit-1517gt.html?fbclid=IwAR0PaxiPADcIrN8ktxvEfpNRD6_9g CXybudunSMB7d-h8QKw1fDdKARRcFI)
#3 - FR3Z-8C289-B or -C or -D (newer versions) - could not find anywhere, but comes in the Mishimoto Mustang Hose Kit (https://www.americanmuscle.com/mishimoto-silicone-coolant-hose-kit-1517gt.html?fbclid=IwAR0PaxiPADcIrN8ktxvEfpNRD6_9g CXybudunSMB7d-h8QKw1fDdKARRcFI)
#4 - DG9Z-8100-A - found at Summit (https://www.summitracing.com/parts/mof-rs531) and many other places
#5 - CL3Z-8260-A or KM-5114 - 2012 F150 upper radiator hose - bought mine on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/Motorcraft-KM-5114-Upper-Radiator-Hose/dp/B009TKKU0W?&linkCode=sl1&tag=cobradreams-20&linkId=0fa36b25525666c172f85e971630adf7&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl) but can be found at many places. *Note - if using KRC power steering pump + pulley, you will need to add another notch in the engine side of the hose connection to be able to clock it correctly. i.e.427 describes this in his video HERE (https://youtu.be/zRGBKbA3Y4c?t=515).
#6 - FFR #16872 Lower Radiator Hose - this came with my kit...might have been included w/ the Coyote stuff (I don't know) --> Confirmed this is Dayco E70621 and can be found at Autozone (https://www.autozone.com/cooling-heating-and-climate-control/hose-upper/p/continental-upper-radiator-hose-e70621/884643_0_0)
