Inner Tie Rod question

My power steering rack arrived from FFR with the thread stripped on one of the inner tie rods.
FFR sent me a replacement tie rod, but it is not the same length and also the the pivot point is at a different point.
It's a completely different part. Photo below.

Do you think this is an issue?

Both sides need to match. Those don’t.

Thank you. That's what I was thinking. I'm a little frustrated that they do not pack their parts well and then replace with something not matching.
